LITTLE LUNCH - WAFFLES & FRUITS






Many times I struggle with kids, because they do not want to eat fruits. So I decided to mix something what they very like with some fresh fruits. Results - they are eating all with smile on the faces:)) so my mission is completed. And now I would like to share with You my delicious fruity lunch which I think it is perfect for everybody, not only for kids:) waffles with yogurt and fresh fruits:) or the other option just yogurt with big chunks of the fruits with a sprinkled chocolate :)  



                     Waffles recipe:
- 1 full cup of flower
- 1 glass of the milk
- 2 fresh eggs
- little spoon of cooking oil
- a little bit of the sugar
- pinch of salt
- baking powder - little spoon

All ingredients mix together. Next turn on waffle maker, smooth a little bit of the oil on the waffle makers baking plates( you can use little brush for it). Wait until waffle maker is warm enough, and pour in little bit of mixed ingredients on the baking plates. And wait until waffles turn in nice brownish shade. Take it out, put yoghurt on the top and decorate with fresh fruits :)))


The other option:

- yoghurt
-  chunks/slices of fruits ( i used strawberries, blueberries and bananas)
- shredded chocolate on the top :) this could be something diffrent too(for example  yoghurt  mi with fruits and nuts or muesli)
