WHITE FISH WITH VEGETABLES


INGREDIENTS:


  • Skinless and boneless cod fillets or different white fish
  • egg
  • flower
  • fish seasoning (if You don't have - You can use pinch of salt and pepper with a little bit of fresh lemon)
  • vegetables

PREPARATION:


Sprinkle a little bit of fish seasoning on the top of each fish fillet. Cover both sides of the fish with a flower and then with egg and then again with the flower. When all fillets are coated with flower and egg, put fillets into hot pan with a little bit of the oil. Fry for about 10 minutes ( until done) on the medium settings. Don't forget to turning over fish during frying. And delicious fish is done. Next You can prepare vegetables from Your own choice. I served my fish with baked potato waffels, fried egg, mashed potatoes and swede&carrot mash.
